Available Payment Options
- Five year FMV (Fair Market Value) lease, no downpayment, 10 year financing on facility/room, and 7 year financing on hot lab and other capital equipment
- Five year Capital Lease, $300,000 downpayment on the scanner with 5 year financing, 10 year financing on facility, and 7 year on hotlab and other capital equipment
- Cash purchase for the scanner, facility/room, hot lab and other capital equipment
Service Costs
- Assume somewhere between 7% and 10% of the purchase price per year starting in year 2 (after 12 month warranty period).
